WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE

Kaizen is a Japanese word meaning continual improvement. Ever since I learned about this concept while working at Toyota, it has been my personal motto. It explains why I’m always thinking out of the box and questioning the status quo. It’s why I refuse to accept things just because of how they’ve always been. It’s why I can’t resist a challenge.

If each leg of a horse represents a critical business function – finance, operations, human resources and marketing – and a horse runs fastest when all legs are off the ground, then an organization will be most effective when all four legs/functions are working efficiently. This horse symbolizes my holistic approach to marketing.
